The open call for DIP 2024 received 302 applications from artists in Germany, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, the United States, the Netherlands, England, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Uruguay and Venezuela. The committee was made up of Vivi Tellas, Gustavo Vinagre, Cande Lázaro, Lara Carmo, Carmen Rivoira and Manuel Abramovich.
