(São Paulo, 1993) is a Brazilian trans filmmaker from a favela in São Paulo. He holds a degree from the Federal University for Latin American Integration, with an exchange at the National University of Colombia and a specialization in Documentary Directing at EICTV in Cuba. He is a Berlinale Talents alumnus and a co-founder of the Perifericu Festival of Favela Film and Culture and of Maloka Filmes, where he fosters community-based audiovisual creation. His films have screened at more than 300 festivals, including IDFA, Oberhausen, FICCALI, Kassel, Frameline, Tiradentes and Kinoforum, and have been nominated for the BAFTA Student Awards and the Brazilian Film Academy Award.
