“Integrar las energías, habitar las polaridades y todo su espectro, sin juicios, sintiendo en completa entrega, consciente y profundamente. Transformando lo necesario para avanzar, siempre con la posibilidad de detenerse a contemplar, atesorando la sagrada experiencia de cada vivencia, cada encuentro.” Una cosa que sentí en algún momento del proceso y quedo registrado en mi cuaderno de DIP. / “Integrating energies, inhabiting polarities and their entire spectrum, without judgment, feeling completely surrendered, consciously and deeply. Transforming what is necessary to move forward, always with the possibility of stopping to contemplate, treasuring the sacred experience of each encounter, each encounter.” One thing I felt at some point in the process and recorded in my DIP notebook.

DIP fue sobre resolver y adentrarme en lo desconocido, sobre encontrarme en situaciones poco usuales, atreverme a salir de los espacios seguros para conquistar la posibilidad de nuevas formas, sobre observar y escuchar desde lugares distintos, encontrar lo maravilloso del azar y ágilmente atreverse a enfrentarlo y fluir con él, fue sobre revisar y apreciar el potencial del error, de lo que no fue, pero podría ser, entre sonrisas, una que otra frustración y un montón de dispositivos. / DIP was about solving problems and venturing into the unknown, about finding myself in unusual situations, daring to leave my comfort zone to embrace the possibility of new forms, about observing and listening from different places, finding the wonder in chance and boldly daring to face it and go with the flow. It was about reviewing and appreciating the potential of mistakes, of what did not happen, but could be, amid smiles, the occasional frustration, and a lot of devices.
Milko Delgado (el/elle) (1995 / Barú, Panamá) es un artista transdisciplinar y activador cultural marica y seropositivo de Panamá, que explora las intersecciones entre el cuerpo y la naturaleza desde de la performance, el video y las artes visuales. A través de la mediación cultural y procesos colaborativos, Delgado también facilita espacios de encuentro que activan la imaginación como una fuerza liberadora y colectiva. Sus obras han sido parte de proyectos como La Bienal en Resistencia (Guatemala), HIV Science as Art (Múnich), Montage of the Unseen – Art World Osaka (Japón) y el Festival Internacional de Cine Social y Comunitario SALVAJE, entre otros. Forma parte de la colección permanente del Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Panamá, Mercantil, Kadist y Casa Wabi, donde también fue artista residente en 2022. Milko Delgado (he/they) (b. 1995, Barú is a queer and HIV-positive transdisciplinary artist and cultural activator from Panama. They explores the intersection of the body and nature through performance, video, and visual art. Through cultural mediation and collaborative processes, Delgado facilitates spaces for meeting that activate the imagination as a liberating and collective force. Delgado's work has been featured in projects such as La Bienal en Resistencia (Guatemala), HIV Science as Art (Munich), Montage of the Unseen – Art World Osaka (Japan), and SALVAJE International Social and Community Film Festival, among others. Delgado's work is included in the permanent collections of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Panama, Mercantil, Kadist, and Casa Wabi. He was an artist-in-residence at Casa Wabi in 2022.
