(2000, Guadalajara, Mexico) uses cinema and the visual arts to address issues that run through their surroundings and family history, such as enforced disappearance, with a sensibility that emerges from their experiences of rural life, as well as the uncertainty of inhabiting nature's magical yet indifferent clockwork in the face of constant human violence and passions. They graduated from the Department of Image and Sound at the University of Guadalajara (UdeG). They have developed projects in collaboration with Werner Herzog in a residency with La Selva Coop and Taller del Chucho. Their work has been selected at festivals such as IDFA, Big Sky and DocsBarcelona, among others.
